In 2008 we came upon a problem; we had contracts with cities to provide hanging flower baskets in downtown developments or near offices but many cities now had restrictions on daily watering. The owner of Eckert's Greenhouse, Karl Eckert, was inspired to find a solution to this challenging problem. He began working diligently with a tier-one automotive supplier, and the 23" H2O Labor Saver was born. Made for commercial applications the Labor Saver brought about the ability to help save on water, labor and- with its 10-year guarantee- money for cities. It was a win-win solution for all.
